Enabling Agreement & Documents

  • Document uploads — Collect assets upfront

Enable these in the form settings.

Form Welcome Message

Customize the welcome message for clients:

"Welcome to [Your Company]! Please complete this intake form so we can hit the ground running. This should take about 10 minutes."

Testing Your Form

  • Save the form
  • Copy the form link
  • Open in incognito/private browser
  • Complete as if you were a client
  • Check submission appears correctly

Tip: Post-booking forms can be longer than pre-booking forms since clients are already committed.
