Creating the Form
- Go to Form Builder
- Create a new form or duplicate an existing one
- Set Form Mode to "Post-Booking"
- Customize fields for client onboarding

Enabling Agreement & Documents
For post-booking forms, consider requiring:
- Agreement acknowledgment — Confirm they accept terms
- Document uploads — Collect assets upfront
Enable these in the form settings.
Form Welcome Message
Customize the welcome message for clients:
"Welcome to [Your Company]! Please complete this intake form so we can hit the ground running. This should take about 10 minutes."
Testing Your Form
- Save the form
- Copy the form link
- Open in incognito/private browser
- Complete as if you were a client
- Check submission appears correctly
Tip: Post-booking forms can be longer than pre-booking forms since clients are already committed.
