Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings
- Click Billing section
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until period ends
What Happens After Cancellation
- Immediate: Cancellation confirmed
- Until period ends: Full access continues
- After period ends: Account becomes read-only
- Your data: Remains accessible, not deleted
Canceling During Trial
If you cancel during your 7-day trial:
- No further charges
- $1 preview charge is not refunded
- Access until trial period ends
Reactivating Later
Changed your mind? You can:
- Return to Settings > Billing
- Choose a plan
- Reactivate immediately
- All your data is still there
Before You Cancel
Consider:
- Downgrading instead of canceling
- Pausing if you need a break (contact support)
- Feedback — We'd love to know why
Data After Cancellation
Your data is retained:
- Forms and settings preserved
- Submission history accessible
- Can export data anytime
- Reactivation restores full access
