Keep your business profile current for forms and communications.
Accessing Business Settings
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Find Business Profile section
What You Can Update
Business Name
- Appears on your intake forms
- Shown in email notifications
- Used in client communications
Notification Email
- Where lead alerts are sent
- Separate from login email if needed
- Must be a valid email address
Making Changes
- Edit the field you want to change
- Click Save or Update
- Changes apply immediately
Where Business Info Appears
- Form headers and footers
- Email notifications to you
- Any client-facing communications
Tips
- Use your professional business name
- Keep notification email current

Note: Changing business name doesn't affect past submissions or records.
