Configuring Agreement Settings
Set up your agreement link for client acknowledgments.
Accessing Agreement Settings
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Agreement Handling section
What to Configure
Agreement Link
- URL to your agreement document
- Must be publicly accessible
- Starts with https://
Instructions
- Brief text shown to clients
- Explains what they're agreeing to
- Up to 500 characters
Setting Up
- Prepare your agreement document
- Upload to accessible location (Google Drive, website, etc.)
- Copy the public URL
- Add to HeyIntake
- Paste URL in Agreement Link field
- Write clear instructions
- Save changes
- Enable on forms
- Go to Form Builder
- Enable "Require Agreement" on relevant forms

Testing
- Enable agreement on a test form
- Open form in incognito
- Click "Review Agreement"
- Verify document opens correctly
Important: Update your Settings if you change your agreement document location.
