Document Handling Options
Configure how clients submit documents for their projects.
Accessing Document Settings
- Go to Settings
- Find Document Handling section
Available Options
1. None
- No document upload required
- Simplest option
- Use for forms that don't need files
2. External Upload Link
- You provide a Dropbox/Drive link
- Clients upload to your storage
- Most flexible option
3. Business Email
- Clients email documents to you
- Your email displayed in form
- Good for occasional files
Configuring External Upload
- Create your upload destination (Dropbox, Drive, etc.)
- Get the shareable link
- Paste in "External Upload Link" field
- Add instructions for clients
- Save settings
Configuring Email Option
- Select "Business Email" option
- Confirm your notification email
- Clients will be instructed to email files
Instructions Field
Write clear instructions:
- What files to upload
- Preferred formats
- Any naming conventions
- Deadline if applicable
