Email Notification Settings
Control what emails you receive from HeyIntake.
Accessing Settings
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Find Email Notifications section
- Toggle options on/off
Available Notifications
New Submission Alerts
When enabled, you receive an email with:
- Lead/intake summary
- AI score and priority
- Key submission details
- Link to view full details
Notification Email Address
Notifications go to the email in your Settings. To change:
- Go to Settings > Business Profile
- Update "Notification Email"
- Save changes
Turning Off Notifications
If inbox is overwhelming:
- Disable individual notification types
- Use digest instead of instant alerts
- Focus on dashboard checking instead
Team Notifications
If you have team members:
- Each member controls their own notifications
- Business owner sets default notification email
- Important alerts go to team as appropriate
Tip: Start with all notifications on, then adjust based on volume and preference.
