How AI Lead Scoring Works
Every pre-booking submission is automatically analyzed and scored from 0-100.
What the Score Means
How Scores Are Calculated
The AI analyzes multiple factors from the submission:
Positive Signals (Increase Score)
- Clear project description with specific goals
- Defined budget range
- Urgent timeline
- Decision-maker authority
- Professional email domain
- Complete form responses
Negative Signals (Decrease Score)
- Vague or minimal responses
- No budget mentioned
- "Just looking" or research phase
- Generic email (optional)
- Incomplete required fields
Score Accuracy
The AI learns from patterns in your submissions. Factors weighted include:
- Intent signals — How ready are they to buy?
- Fit signals — Do they match your ideal client?
- Urgency — How soon do they need help?
- Authority — Can they make decisions?
Using Scores Effectively
- Prioritize high scores — Reach out within 24 hours
- Don't ignore medium scores — Many convert with nurturing
- Learn from low scores — Understand why they're not a fit
- Track patterns — See which score ranges convert best
Score Is Not Everything
The AI score is a starting point. Always:
- Read the full submission
- Check the AI summary for context
- Use your judgment for edge cases
Note: Scores are calculated instantly when forms are submitted. They don't change unless you trigger a manual recalculation.
