Understanding Priority Labels

Each lead is assigned a priority label based on their AI score and urgency.

Priority Levels

Immediate (Red Badge)

  • Score: 80-100
  • High intent, ready to buy
  • Action: Contact within hours
  • Example: "Need this done by end of month, budget approved"

High (Orange Badge)

  • Score: 60-79
  • Strong interest, good fit
  • Action: Contact within 24 hours
  • Example: "Evaluating options, timeline is Q1"

Medium (Yellow Badge)

  • Score: 40-59
  • Moderate interest
  • Action: Contact within 2-3 days
  • Example: "Exploring possibilities, no rush"

Low (Gray Badge)

  • Score: 0-39
  • Research phase or poor fit
  • Action: Nurture or deprioritize
  • Example: "Just curious about pricing"

How Priority Is Determined

Priority combines:

  • AI Score — Overall quality assessment
  • Urgency Signals — Timeline mentioned
  • Authority Level — Decision-maker status

Changing Priority

Priority labels are auto-assigned but you can override them:

  • Open the lead details
  • Manual priority override (if available)
  • Or use tags to mark VIP leads

Response Time Matters

Research shows:

  • Responding in < 5 minutes = 9x more likely to convert
  • After 30 minutes, odds drop significantly

Use priority labels to ensure hot leads get immediate attention.

Tip: Filter your pipeline by priority to focus on the leads most likely to convert.
