Medium (Yellow Badge)
- Score: 40-59

- Action: Contact within 2-3 days

How Priority Is Determined
Priority combines:
- AI Score — Overall quality assessment
- Urgency Signals — Timeline mentioned
- Authority Level — Decision-maker status
Changing Priority
Priority labels are auto-assigned but you can override them:
- Open the lead details
- Manual priority override (if available)
- Or use tags to mark VIP leads
Response Time Matters
Research shows:
- Responding in < 5 minutes = 9x more likely to convert
- After 30 minutes, odds drop significantly
Use priority labels to ensure hot leads get immediate attention.
Tip: Filter your pipeline by priority to focus on the leads most likely to convert.
