Intake Clarity Scoring (Post-Booking)
Post-booking intakes receive a clarity score measuring how complete and actionable the submission is.
What Clarity Score Measures
Unlike lead scoring (which measures fit), clarity scoring measures:
- Completeness — Are all important fields filled?
- Specificity — Are responses detailed enough?
- Actionability — Can you proceed with this information?
