Activity Timeline & Audit Trail

Every submission includes a complete Activity Timeline showing who did what, when. This provides full accountability and makes it easy to understand the history of any lead or intake.

Viewing the Activity Timeline

  • Open any submission from the Submissions page
  • Scroll to the Activity Timeline section
  • See chronological history with most recent first

Events Tracked

What Each Entry Shows

Every timeline entry includes:

  • Action — What happened
  • Timestamp — When it happened
  • Actor — Who did it (user, client, or system)
  • Details — Context like from→to for status changes

Activity logs are stored permanently with the submission. They cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring a complete audit trail.
