Viewing the Activity Timeline
- Open any submission from the Submissions page
- Scroll to the Activity Timeline section
- See chronological history with most recent first
Events Tracked
What Each Entry Shows
Every timeline entry includes:
- Action — What happened
- Timestamp — When it happened
- Actor — Who did it (user, client, or system)
- Details — Context like from→to for status changes

Activity logs are stored permanently with the submission. They cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring a complete audit trail.
