Understanding the Pipeline View

The pipeline view gives you a clear overview of all your leads and their current status.

Accessing the Pipeline

Click Submissions in the sidebar to see your leads. Use the tabs to filter:

  • All — Every submission
  • Leads — Pre-booking submissions
  • Intakes — Post-booking submissions

Pipeline Columns

Each submission shows:

Sorting & Filtering

  • Click column headers to sort
  • Use search to find specific leads
  • Filter by status to focus on specific stages
  • Filter by date to see recent submissions

Color-Coded Scores

AI scores are color-coded for quick scanning:

  • 🟢 80-100 — Hot lead, immediate attention
  • 🟡 60-79 — Warm lead, follow up soon
  • 🟠 40-59 — Medium priority
  • 🔴 0-39 — Lower priority

Viewing Lead Details

Click any row to open the full submission details:

  • All form responses
  • AI-generated summary
  • Notes and activity history
  • Status change options

Quick Actions

From the pipeline view, you can:

  • Change status via dropdown
  • Add quick notes
  • Set reminders
  • Export to CSV

Pro Tip: Check your pipeline daily and focus on high-scoring leads first.
