Sharing Your Intake Form
Once your form is ready, share it with potential clients using the unique form link.
Finding Your Form Link
- Go to Form Builder in the sidebar
- Your form URL is displayed at the top
- Click Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard
Your Form URL Structure
Your form link looks like:
https://yoursite.com/intake/abc123Each form has a unique slug that identifies it.
Where to Share Your Form
On Your Website
- Add a "Contact Us" or "Get a Quote" button
- Link to your form from your services page
- Embed the link in your website footer
In Email Signatures
Add a line like:
"Ready to work together? Submit your project details here"
On Social Media
Share the link in:
- LinkedIn posts or profile
- Twitter/X bio
- Instagram link in bio
In Client Communications
Include in:
- Proposal documents
- Welcome emails
- Booking confirmations
Direct Link vs QR Code
For in-person events or printed materials, you can:
- Generate a QR code from your form URL
- Use any free QR code generator
- Print it on business cards or flyers
