Customizing Your Form Fields

Tailor your intake form to collect exactly the information you need.

Field Types Available

Managing Fields

Enabling/Disabling Fields

  • Toggle the switch next to any field to show or hide it
  • Disabled fields won't appear on your public form

Required vs Optional

  • Check "Required" to make a field mandatory
  • Optional fields show "(Optional)" label to visitors

Reordering Fields

  • Drag and drop fields to change their order
  • Put your most important questions first

Field Configuration

For each field, you can set:

  • Label — The question text shown to visitors
  • Placeholder — Helper text inside the field
  • Required — Whether the field must be filled

Recommended Field Order

  • Contact Info First

- Full Name (required)

- Email (required)

- Phone (optional)

  • Project Details Second

- Company Name

- Project Description

- Timeline

  • Qualification Last

- Budget Range

- How did you hear about us?

Tips for Better Completion Rates

  • Keep required fields to a minimum (3-5)
  • Use clear, specific labels
  • Provide helpful placeholder text
  • Group related questions together
  • Test your form on mobile devices

Note: Changes to form fields take effect immediately after saving.
