Creating Your HeyIntake Account

Getting started with HeyIntake takes just a few minutes. Here's how to create your account and start capturing leads.

Step 1: Sign Up

  • Visit heyintake.com and click Get Started or Start Trial
  • Enter your email address and create a secure password
  • Alternatively, click Continue with Google for faster signup

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After signing up, you'll be prompted to enter:

  • Business Name — This appears on your intake forms
  • Notification Email — Where you'll receive lead alerts

Step 3: Start Your Trial

Your 7-day trial includes:

  • Up to 20 form submissions
  • Full access to all features
  • AI lead scoring and summaries
  • No credit card required to start

What's Next?

Once your account is created, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

  • Create your first intake form
  • Customize your form fields
  • Share your form link with potential clients

Tip: Enable email notifications in Settings to get instant alerts when new leads come in.
