Adding Tags
- Open any lead/intake details
- Find the Tags section
- Click to add or create tags
- Tags are saved automatically

Filtering by Tag
- Go to Submissions page
- Use the filter dropdown
- Select one or more tags
- View only matching leads
Tag Best Practices
- Keep it simple — Don't create too many tags
- Be consistent — Use the same tags across your team
- Review regularly — Remove unused tags
- Combine with status — Tags + status = powerful filtering
Example Workflow
- New lead comes in → Auto-tagged by form used
- You review → Add service type tag
- Qualify the lead → Add "VIP" if high-value
- Later → Filter by "VIP" + "Contacted" to prioritize follow-ups
