Adding Tags

  • Open any lead/intake details
  • Find the Tags section
  • Click to add or create tags
  • Tags are saved automatically

Filtering by Tag

  • Go to Submissions page
  • Use the filter dropdown
  • Select one or more tags
  • View only matching leads

Tag Best Practices

  • Keep it simple — Don't create too many tags
  • Be consistent — Use the same tags across your team
  • Review regularly — Remove unused tags
  • Combine with status — Tags + status = powerful filtering

Example Workflow

  • New lead comes in → Auto-tagged by form used
  • You review → Add service type tag
  • Qualify the lead → Add "VIP" if high-value
  • Later → Filter by "VIP" + "Contacted" to prioritize follow-ups

Tip: Tags are most useful when your team agrees on a consistent tagging system.
